1. Increase the number of customers.

2. Increase the average size of the sale per customer.

1. Calculate your Company’s number of clients.

2. Figure the average amount each customer spends per transaction/sale

3. Determine how often each customer makes a purchase in a year.

4. Determine the average number of years a customer will stay with your Company

Now determine the Company’s Transactional Customer Value and the Lifetime Customer Value of your clients by multiplying that by the number of total customers to determine your Company wide Customer Value. Once you know these numbers, you can see the impact of small changes per customer and how that would improve your overall bottom line exponentially.

Example: Let s say you have 1000 customers. They average $500 per transaction/sale. And they make two purchases in a year.

That is, 1,000 x $250 x 2 = $500,000

But look what happens if you increase these three numbers by just 10% in each area!

That is 1,100 x $275 x 2.2 = $665,500

If you were to increase each area of focus, your number of customers, the amount they purchased, and the frequency in which they purchased each year by only 10% your income increases by 33.1%!

If you did the same thing, but improved 25%, your income nearly doubles to $976,562!
